ForwardFi provides a financial forecasting and planning platform. Features include scenario modelling, actuals tracking, dashboard visualisation, and team collaboration tools.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, uploading malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ForwardFi does not warrant that forecasts produced by the Service are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Financial forecasts are projections only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForwardFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Reviewed" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the contracting ForwardFi entity is established, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
