Creating Your Account

Open the ForwardFi website and click Join Now. Create an account with your email address and a password, or continue with an available social provider.

If your social provider uses the same verified email address as an existing ForwardFi account, it signs you into that same account. If you created your account with a social provider first, add a password in Settings before using email and password sign-in.

Visit the site and click Log In. Enter your registered email and password, or choose the social provider connected to your account. To end your session, open the account menu in the top-right corner and choose Log Out from the menu.

If you forget your password, click Forgot password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.

Open Settings to update your name, currency, date and number locale, and time zone. You can also change your password or add one if you initially signed in with a connected provider.

If you use email and password sign-in, you can enable two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. Settings also lets you export your account data or request its permanent deletion.
